- Other than the travel fee, there will be no additional costs for an unserviceable device.
- How long does a typical repair take?
- Phone, tablet, and console repairs are usually performed within one hour. More complex repairs involving computers or laptops may require a follow-up visit if parts need to be ordered.
- What happens if I miss my appointment?
- We may offer flexibility with time depending on other booked appointments on the same day as your scheduled repair. Typically, no-shows are not eligible for future travel fee credits.
