General Services
  • What types of devices do you repair?
    • Cell phones, tablets, and consoles are our bread and butter, but we can diagnose computers and laptops, or anything else you might need help with.​
  • What brands do you work with?
    • The majority of our repairs are made on products from Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Microsoft, and Sony.
  • Do you offer same-day repairs?
    • The majority of repairs are done same-day, yes! Most cell phone and tablet repairs can be completed within an hour. For specialty repairs such as computers, diagnostics can be completed same-day, but parts availability may delay repair times.
Pricing and Payments
  • How much does a typical repair cost?
    • Most repairs can be done for under $200. Newer devices are typically more expensive to repair due to an increase in parts cost. Complexity and labor may also affect the total repair cost.
  • Do you provide free diagnostics?
    • We provide a quick diagnostic at the beginning of the repair process. For diagnostic-only appointments, a $20 travel fee will apply that may be credited towards a repair, if applicable. 
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or digital wallets. ​
Appointments and Scheduling
  • How do I schedule a repair?
    • You can book an appointment online during an available time slot, or you can call us directly.
  • Do I need an appointment?
    • Yes, we are purely a mobile service and availability will be dependent on current bookings. Feel free to call for more info.
Mobile Services
  • Do you come to my location?
    • Yes, we travel to your home, office, job site, or anywhere else you may be to perform the repair. 
  • Where are the repairs done?
    • All repairs will be completed inside our mobile repair van! No in-home visits. We simply collect, repair, and return your device so you can keep going about your day.
  • Do you offer repair services near me?
    • We serve the Greater Metro Denver area, typically within a 20 mile radius from Downtown Denver.
  • Are there any fees?
    • There is a $20 travel fee baked in our listed prices. Tax is not included in the price and will be added at the end of repair.
Warranty and Guarantees
  • Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
    • We offer an industry-standard 1-year warranty on defective parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover physical or water damage on previous repairs.
  • What if my device has the same issue after repair?
    • There will be no additional travel fees for warranty revisits, follow-ups, or multi-day repairs. Revisit time-windows are dependent on parts availability. We strive for same-day solutions; however, logistics beyond our control may delay the process by one or multiple days. ​
Data and Privacy
  • Will my data be safe during the repair?
    • We always recommend backing up your data to the cloud before a repair. Although the chance of data loss is very low, it’s never zero. 
  • Do you need my password?
    • In order to issue our warranty we need to verify the device is in working order, and sometimes we cannot verify all of the functions of your device from the lock screen, and we may ask for a passcode. As an alternative, we can guide you through some simple tests after the repair to verify your device is in working order so you can maintain peace of mind.

  • What if my device isn’t repairable?
    • Other than the travel fee, there will be no additional costs for an unserviceable device. 
  • How long does a typical repair take?
    • Phone, tablet, and console repairs are usually performed within one hour. More complex repairs involving computers or laptops may require a follow-up visit if parts need to be ordered.
  • What happens if I miss my appointment?
    • We may offer flexibility with time depending on other booked appointments on the same day as your scheduled repair. Typically, no-shows are not eligible for future travel fee credits.
  • How do I contact you?

  • Do you offer discounts?
    • We offer veteran and emergency service personnel discounts!​​
